At SSC2025 there will be regular breaks for social interaction. Additionally, we foresee and plan for the following social events on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

โœจMonday Evening: Open Invite for Loose Socialising

For those arriving Monday and particularly early-career researchers, we have made a reservation at the beach bar Hart Beach in Den Haag.

๐Ÿงญ Travel Advice: For a more scenic route, take the tram 1 from Delft Station to Tramhalte Keizerstraat, Den Haag. From there, it is a 15-minute walk along the beach promenade to the beach bar. For a quicker route, take the train to Den Haag HS and continue via tram line 1 along the same way.

๐Ÿšค City Tour by Boat โ€“ Rondvaart Delft

Enjoy a relaxing guided boat tour through the historic canals of Delft with Rondvaart Delft. During this scenic ride, participants will explore the charming waterways while learning about the city’s rich history, architecture and hidden stories from a local perspective.

This peaceful tour offers a unique way to experience Delft – from the water!
